HAAS VF-2 CNC Vertical Machining Center + HRT-160 4th Axis

The HAAS VF-2 is a CNC vertical machining center designed for precise and efficient milling, drilling and tapping operations. This machine is equipped with a HAAS HRT-160 4th axis rotary table, significantly extending its machining capabilities and allowing workpieces to be machined from multiple sides in a single setup. The HRT rotary system can be integrated directly with the HAAS control as a full fourth axis.

The machine offers axis travels of 762 mm in X, 406 mm in Y and 508 mm in Z. The 914 × 356 mm worktable supports a maximum load of 680 kg.

The spindle features an SK40 taper, maximum spindle speed of 10,000 rpm and power output of 22.4 kW (30 HP).

An automatic tool changing system with a 20-position tool magazine enables efficient multi-operation machining and reduces manual tool changes.

The machine is supplied with a HAAS HRT-160 4th axis rotary table. Additional equipment includes a coolant system, automatic centralized lubrication, fully enclosed working area and Rigid Tapping.
