Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all contracts concluded with Vitintech GmbH, Wilhelm-Jung-Straße 5, 35398 Gießen, Deutschland, for the sale and purchase of used machines and industrial equipment. Deviating terms of the customer apply only if expressly confirmed by us in writing.

Our offers are subject to change and non-binding. A contract is concluded only upon our written order confirmation. Used machines are sold in the condition described at the time of sale.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are net in EUR plus statutory VAT. Payment terms are agreed individually in the respective contract.

The buyer is entitled to inspect the machine before concluding the contract. Inspection takes place by prior appointment at the respective location.

Delivery and transport are agreed individually. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.

Used machines are sold as inspected and described. Liability for material defects is governed by the statutory provisions, unless expressly limited in the individual contract.

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
