CNC Turn-Mill Center DMG MORI CTX Alpha 500 V6

The DMG MORI CTX Alpha 500 V6, manufactured in 2012, is a premium CNC turn-mill center designed for complete machining of complex workpieces in a single setup. Equipped with a main spindle, sub-spindle, Y-axis and live tooling, the machine performs turning and milling operations without repositioning the part, ensuring maximum productivity and machining accuracy.

The machine is controlled by the proven Siemens 840D CNC system, offering excellent reliability, advanced programming capabilities and high-performance operation in demanding production environments.

The machine provides a maximum turning diameter of Ø500 mm and a maximum machining length of 600 mm. Travels are available in the X/Y/Z axes, while the full Y-axis enables advanced milling operations. C-axis control on both the main spindle and sub-spindle allows complete machining of both sides of the workpiece in a single cycle.

Equipment includes a main spindle, sub-spindle, automatic turret, live tooling, coolant system, centralized lubrication system and a fully enclosed working area. The machine is supplied with the standard tooling shown in the photos.
